- Ambiente con compañeros. - Fondo de ahorro 5% de tu salario.

Minpunten

- Muchas horas: Medio tiempo (38hrs p/sem) $12mil approx Tiempo completo (68hrs p/sem) $22mil approx. - No se ofrecen seguros para maestros, es esquema de trabajo por prestaciones por lo que no generas antigüedad. - El sueldo depende mucho del número de alumnos que tengas y de ciertos, el estándar es 50-60 medio turno, 100-120 turno completo. - Sueldo inconsistente: es por hr alrededor de 50-55 p/hr, sube hasta $80 si los alumnos se reinscriben y pasas calidad - No existen las incapacidades y como es esquema prestador de servicios, si no trabajas no se te paga

Family orientated. Have an opportunity to meet a lot people from different backgrounds and ethnicity. The owners of the school are the best ever and understanding. Willing to work with employees on any situation that may arise.

Minpunten

May need to work night hours bc classes are held at night as well. Lots of paperwork to be completed.
