The non-management (and a few of management) care about culture and enjoying their work. It seems like a constant fight to keep this at the forefront of peoples attention but when it's done right the company feels good.
Minpunten
The ethos of the company seems to be protect management at all cost and treat non-management like they're dispensable. This wasn't always the case, but it's becoming all too common and as a result we are seeing many people hand in their notice (often without anything lined up). Management don't seem to be taking this warning seriously, and I'd anticipate things to get worse before they get better. The benefits are poor, the communication from management is appalling, your time is often disrespected, and it doesn't feel like challenging or fighting will improve anything, hence the high turnover.
