Nice people. Good, motivated young workforce with a lot of excellent talent and desire to truly be good at their job. A lot of personable people. Being ambitous and hardworking does get you for if you have strong PR as well.

Minpunten

Few bad eggs who are out for themselves, or give that impression. Often leadership people who have been promoted due to their drive but have lost their ability to be good humans. Promote fairly well but a bit of hoop jumping is in place for HR to reject a few unnecessarily - slightly frustrating and don't recognise that not everyone is perfect in an interview (I am one that can be so this is recognising some of my peers that haven't been promoted but deserve it as much as I do [I have]).

Knowledge resources and mentorship opportunities are a great fit for candidates of diverse backgrounds. Excellent culture for advancement and finding right fit roles.

Minpunten

Less competitive pay scale compared to industry/client equivalent roles, as a trade off for some of the other total compensation or benefit aspects.

Great training and education. The managers are generally helpful. If you get to try multiple projects, thats great.

Minpunten

They have cut benefits more and more. Managers are not trained enough. They will find any excuse to not promote you. Managers need to do better. They ask for feedback and nothing ever changes.
