Pluspunten

A lot of exposure early in career. I left last year and from what I’ve heard a lot of the toxic people have left.

Minpunten

Far below industry pay. Toxic leadership from the top down to managers. Poor training and lack of company direction. Those on client projects (revenue drivers for the company) consistently feel more loyal to and supported by the the clients company than QR HIGH employee turnover, half the California office left in 2024.

Thanks for your feedback. Whilst I'd obviously disagree with a number of your points, I recognise that the team in Irvine, CA experienced A LOT of churn in 2024 - including at management and leadership level. Since then a new person has been appointed to head up the Irvine team - bringing with him a lot of external experience, and a number of new managers have stepped up from amongst our senior analysts - so I hope that people will give them a chance as they strive for continuous improvement. Pay is driven fundamentally by profitability and charge rates to clients - maintaining a stable business, avoiding layoffs and ensuring that people can progress their careers and experiences fast are key parts of our approach. This does mean that salary may be behind some other companies, but we reviewed and re-benchmarked our salaries in late 2024 to ensure competitiveness. Whilst some aspects of business will be driven from Europe where the head office and our parent company are based, all day to day leadership is US based, and centralised training is paid for and created by the UK (though mostly delivered in person by US trainers). It's a shame that you have formed such a negative view from your time with us, but regardless I wish you well with your future endeavours. Dave Slawson, Associate Director

Knowledge resources and mentorship opportunities are a great fit for candidates of diverse backgrounds. Excellent culture for advancement and finding right fit roles.

Minpunten

Less competitive pay scale compared to industry/client equivalent roles, as a trade off for some of the other total compensation or benefit aspects.

Pluspunten

Great training and education. The managers are generally helpful. If you get to try multiple projects, thats great.

Minpunten

They have cut benefits more and more. Managers are not trained enough. They will find any excuse to not promote you. Managers need to do better. They ask for feedback and nothing ever changes.
