At QuickChek, everyone is expected to adhere to our core values and behaviors, both Team Members and Leaders. That means that everyone should be on-time and scheduling should meet the needs of the business and the employee. If you feel that isn't true, have a conversation with your Store Leader to bring it to their attention.
