Worst management that keeps changing weekly with no clarity on who leads what your profile is in some departments not defined and you do all sorts of random work Managers threaten employees if they dont work on sats/sundays by saying logistics is a 24x7 operation and you need to be available at all times. Appraisal happens in jan and in 2016 they gave out appraisals like 100rs - 800rs increase for more than 60% of the people. 10% people asked to leave as they hire more during july -august to cope with diwali rush on e com sites and in jan they fire people. No KPIs etc. given by boss and you need to just maintain a slave relation if you wanna succceed here First company was headed by Vijay ghadge , then came shobit jain and now amitabh in just 6 months 3 different people playing musical chairs with the top position. Most people given off roll jobs to fire them on any whim and fancy. 50% employee force in head office on a 3rd party vendor payroll of Quess /ikya human capital. NO IJP (internal job postings )and inter department growth at all. Business now going downhill as all clients reducing business due to poor processes in company, even snapdeal which has 42% stake is looking at other logistics partners.
