The excuse rotates, the outcome doesn't. Entire teams hired and dissolved within months. 5. You have to AI to be AI in AI and AI 6. Senior Management is very far from taking any accountability, so many are not even unqualified - "hierarchy" and "structure" is a joke 7. A very good joining salary - after that India compensation is a joke. No real hikes. No real perks. You are a cost centre, not a human being. 8. HR is pure theatre. Has to be the worst segment - fake culture building ploys.
