The only pro is that you see new products before they come out.

They company does not care about you. The corporate office is all about themselves. They express communication but they have no communication with you as an employee. They walk all over the employees and allow clients to do the same. Upper management talks to you like are worse than dirt on the ground. Management at the corporate office will call and hark at you about the smallest and least important things, like they way you typed a date in i.e. 5 May 2017 instead of May 5th 2017. There is no work life balance. You wont get weekends off. You are there all of the time from the time the office opens until it closes at night. Quota are marginal to get because no one wants to do a survey for two or three dollars taking twenty five minutes of their time. You will give a lot of your time and life to this company and get nothing in return. I would advise anyone not to work here. I was with them over sixteen years and honestly I can say it was a mistake to be with them that long because I saw problems years ago but tried to work it to make it better for myself and it never happened. You will be lied to, you will be discriminated against, and your character will be suffer defamation to the max. This is not a good company to work. If you are looking for a place where a smile actually means something, this is not the place.
