Very few English speaking noble dons among the customers.
Poor HR brand, no organisation’s goals and vision.
Too much management, not enough people actually doing there work.
To sum up, you get treated as being a part of one large family… family from Alabama, while management is spoon‑feeding you mush made of empty platitudes and stuffing their pockets with handfuls of dollars.
