Pluspunten

There is some great staff here -- thoughtful, bright, talented, hardworking people. Unfortunately led and managed by disorganised, unprofessional, abusive senior managers.

Minpunten

- Disorganised and unprofessional: especially with HR, finance, visas, internal processes, etc. - Inconsistent leadership: overhaul and implementation of new processes and policies every couple of months, lack of consistency in defining remit and goalposts of specific roles - Toxic & unprofessional behaviour from management: favouritism, passing the blame, malicious gossip, subjecting staff to intimidating/uncomfortable situations, blackmailing both current and former employees for positive glassdoor reviews, inappropriately emotional and unprofessional behaviour in the office, encouraging dishonesty/lying to clients

Pluspunten

- The nearby food scene might be the only comfort. - You’ll meet lots of friendly colleagues—though most of them will be fired in no time.

Minpunten

- Sky-high turnover rate: I can't even remember how many former colleagues I’ve had. If you don’t hit unrealistic profit targets within three months, you’re fired—regardless of your role. - Empty promises: Qumin lures talent with offers of work visas. In reality, even visa-sponsored staff are let go without hesitation. Don’t trust anything they promise in your interview. - Zero-growth environment: There are no senior leaders worth learning from. Qumin has no interest in developing its people—they always rely on vendors’ work. Expect a painfully slow learning curve. - Profit-above-all mindset: Qumin’s so-called “7-hour workday” sounds dreamy, but here’s the catch: you’re expected to complete all your daily tasks within those hours. Need more time? Not allowed—it eats into margins. The only solution? Unpaid overtime.
