It has heating and cooling in parts of the buildings. Some of the people here are genuinely good people. Even though they keep getting dealt a bad hand.
Minpunten
There are little to no resources for any workers such as information material to complete the job information about the jobs and the owner Tom has been known to yell at people just for asking questions and is not open to anyone else's opinions unless they agree with him. They will fire you at the drop of a hat with no warning. They expect you to provide your own tools and equipment to complete jobs with no reimbursement if your tools break. There's no compensation. They will give family members promotions and raises before they will give anybody else a second thought regardless if they can afford to buy material or supplies such as basic PPEs. They are permanently hiring for a reason but if you get hired on don't expect to last very long let alone retire from this company unless your last name is the same as the owners or a family friend. The incompetence and refusal to acknowledge horrible ideas before they are made is astonishing. I don't think they even tell the managers Or supervisors Or anyone who is in charge Anything until after it's already happening And it's either their way or the highway Regardless If you've had experience with an issue at hand. Forget about maintenance. Forget about working in a sanitary or OSHA compliant facility because you won't find it here. One of their buildings has holes in the ceiling that pours water down on the breaker boxes and have extension cords with outlet boxes laying on the floor soaking in water.
