Our company is continuing to grow and expand our expertise in the healthcare space. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you are not content with your current compensation. We are proud to be a flexible first workplace and do our best to have competitive salaries. We encourage you to talk to your manager or HRBP. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I and hundreds of colleagues were transferred from Providence Health & Services to R1. We were told we were guaranteed our jobs for a year. They started offering voluntary separation packages less than a year in. This was suspicious. I didn't take the first couple of offers, but eventually I did - things were feeling uneasy. Since leaving I've heard that there were several layoffs. R1's India team has taken over a lot of the coding we were doing. In the reviews I read before we started with R1 I know losing jobs to the India team was common. I'm glad I left when I did but it's been hard finding a new job.
