Pluspunten

If you're starting out and don't know where to go, you'll get hire here almost immediately. They pay you as much as you would get at Starbucks and expect you to do 50+ hour work week. Management trains very well but is unprofessional on the floor. If you like coffee then this is the place for you as they have 10+ coffee flavor and creams, that's the only pro I experienced here.

Your leader will often ridicule you about personal hygiene to other employers, people here form packs. Tons of F bombs dropping like Hiroshima. Your leader will also try to flirt with you and text you personal things after hours. Personal outbursts happens everyday as managers and group leaders micromanage. The only time you get a word from management is when you screw up, even when you tried your best their attitude will be, you should've tried harder.

Employees are given a base salary and have the opportunity to make commission from new sales. We are concerned about the unprofessional environment you have depicted and your comments will be looked into. If our employees do not feel comfortable with something occurring in their office, we welcome them to communicate this with our HR personnel so the situation can be rectified.
