Pluspunten

It's not "perfect on paper" by any means, but I actually consider that a strength. Leadership is open about what hasn't worked and is actively working to improve things. Rob (President) is transparent, self-aware, approachable, and leads by example. The culture is truly unique. People collaborate, help each other, and genuinely enjoy working together. Drama is minimal and NO ONE takes them self too seriously. R3 is very intentional about protecting its culture. Seriously, some of the best people here. Overall, the organization is real and honest--progress is real, growth is happening, and effort is being made every day to make things better.

Some of the organizational structure is still being built. Clear processes and long-term efficiencies are actively being worked on but aren't fully in place yet. Communication isn't perfect, but it's improving as feedback is incorporated and changes continue to be implemented.

The CEO frequently speaks about “growth” and improving departments for the better. However, the engineer who actively pushed for meaningful change, advocated for a healthier work environment, and worked to improve company culture was ultimately let go. Every concern he had was not empty. It was paired with a solution — not just ideas, but proven approaches that have worked extremely well. He even had a one-on-one meeting with upper management who acknowledged and heavily agreed to his ideas and his promise for a better work environment. A few weeks later, he was unexpectedly fired. employees are encouraged to speak up at R3 , but those who do face consequences, if it does not align with the company. it sends a clear message. That is not the kind of environment many professionals and my self want to be part of. My experience showed me that this“R3 Family” that they constantly try to push does not align with how concerns are handled. What was presented as a “better” MSP ultimately proved to be far more disappointing. Without alignment between leadership messaging and action, it will be difficult for R3 to compete with its competitors at a higher level.
