Pluspunten
It's not "perfect on paper" by any means, but I actually consider that a strength. Leadership is open about what hasn't worked and is actively working to improve things. Rob (President) is transparent, self-aware, approachable, and leads by example.
The culture is truly unique. People collaborate, help each other, and genuinely enjoy working together. Drama is minimal and NO ONE takes them self too seriously. R3 is very intentional about protecting its culture. Seriously, some of the best people here.
Overall, the organization is real and honest--progress is real, growth is happening, and effort is being made every day to make things better.
Minpunten
Some of the organizational structure is still being built. Clear processes and long-term efficiencies are actively being worked on but aren't fully in place yet. Communication isn't perfect, but it's improving as feedback is incorporated and changes continue to be implemented.
