No progression opportunities unless someone dies or gets another job ( and of course your friends with the boss) Quote "we are having one of best financial years" in the next breath "your bonus will be slashed by 50%" & also your pay will decrease over 2 years as we think you are paid too much for 9 years loyalty. ( no recognition for tenure)
