I started at the RAC in summer 2024, and was impressed with how easy the team made it for me to fit in and learn my role. My colleagues & stakeholders are all friendly and approachable, making it easy for me to get up to speed and become a useful member of the team quickly. I'm also impressed with the company's flexible working policy, which allows flexibility for school runs etc.
