Unfortunately there is an underlying bullying culture there.
As a great supporter and funder of mental health agencies, RACV staff are enabled to make defamatory statements and spread rumours without mgt mediation when team dynamics go south. Departments then quietly push out the 'outcasts' by isolating them and eventually a pay out. Long term middle mgt allow lower level 'favoured' staff to dictate team structures . Even at an executive level there is an ignorance of this culture as smiling assassins do their best work.
