As we have many employees who have been with us 10+ years, we do like to honor their loyalty with added perks, which are available to all employees when they reach a certain tenure. We will take a look at our policies, and perhaps the way they are communicated, as our goal is to reward our tenured employees, and hopefully show our younger employees the benefits of staying with RAND long-term. That being said, we still maintain a high standard in regard to productivity, and adhering to our policies and procedures, hold all employees equally accountable for meeting said standards.
