I worked at RanLife for a little over a year, and had a great experience there. Management was extremely kind and driven to help you succeed. Ty is incredible to work under with years of knowledge and willingness to see you grow.

This is more about the position, you have to be willing to put your head down with a lot of focus when times are tough. When the market is down you really have to grind it out to stay busy. But that's across the market and not aimed at Ranlife.
Manager JB was a phenomenal trainer. Daily meetings or lunches. Leads were decent. Loved most of my co workers.

Below minimum wage hourly until you start making commission.. once licensed you get a few hundred dollars for your first 5-10 deals and the manager gets your commission check.
