Pluspunten
The management is very open and helpful, they care for the team, not like in other companies I have worked with. The pay is good, we also get incentive bonuses and targets are achievable. Flexible shifts, good team. Trainer and managers always happy to help.
Minpunten
Due to the company expanding rapidly there is sometimes a delay between the increased workload and approval for new recruits. This means at times for short periods we are understaffed which can be a bit stressful. This is always temporary though and as mentioned above the leaders and trainer are involved and will help.
