I worked there for over 5 years. Over the past year a major shift happened in billing. They promoted 2 people who had no billing experience. The manger is very condescending. They talk down to you. If you make one mistake they will basically tell you, you don't know your job. The manger are allowed to make the same mistakes with out an issue. they praise the manager, that would be nothing with the billers.
