Decent money - Field expected to work like raving lunatics. Lots of turnover. Name top places to work Broward County numerous times. OK Benefits. Lots of demand. No 'real' management hierarchy. No managing the managers.

Minpunten

Encouraged to work 70+ hours a week through a weak compensation package that includes 3% overtime pay. No auto allowance, paid mileage after 60 miles daily. Little to no chance of ever taking PTO.

long hours, zero help, team is laughable. PMs that are 12 years old that will put the blame of everything on you to CTA. expect to work on holidays.
