Comfortable work setting, great coaching, learning and educational options. Various events/activities throughout the year. There is a great sense of community and helpfulness.

They pay could be better, but certainly not bad.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Minpunten

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Minpunten

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
