As a dynamic, evolving organization, RetailData continues to make strategic changes that support the needs of our clients, gain efficiencies, and ensure the strength and long-term success of the company for associates. As clients’ needs change from time to time, there are changes in field workload. These have a greater likelihood of impacting full-time Research Associates. Through updates to our processes, we've reduced field-based administrative tasks. As a result, there has been a change in the number of FT Lead Research Associates needed on the team. We are not becoming cheap. We actually need thousands more field employees, in the right place, doing the right thing, and achieving expectations.
