The mission, to create an ecosystem that connects the world to the block, is amazing and the sense of camaraderie within the working teams is energizing. The vast majority of people that make up the project teams are extremely hard working, capable and committed.
Minpunten
The company culture sounds amazing on paper, but the behavior of senior leadership is too often overly toxic and/or shockingly unprofessional. The matrix organization is extremely silo'd and teams are set up to work in competition with each other. Extreme speed everywhere results in shoddy execution. The lack of transparent communication and focus at the top permeates the entire organization, making it nearly impossible to get anything meaningful done.
