The staff are kind and generally speaking easy to get along with. Coworkers were all friendly, and conversation was open and welcoming. There are firm expectations for performance and strict daily deadlines, but that is to be expected of any job, and this helped me keep on top of my work. Questions are welcome and encouraged. You will learn a lot on the job, and there is a training manual with step by step instructions for nearly all processes.

Location; it was a long commute for me, and Atlanta traffic can be unpredictable.

It's a steady pay check with set hours

You are verbally abused on a daily basis. Management is very aggressive and pray you don't have e a life emergency cause you will be reprimanded for it.
