Busy work environment that is unnecessarily tough for new employees - werkgeversreview Mechanical Engineer bij RENTECH Boiler Systems

At the time of this review, Rentech Boiler systems is at one of its busiest points ever, which means that new employees will not be trained on how to do their jobs (I’m not sure if they offered training before this either). I felt like I was struggling to complete projects accurately and was never offered real help. If you are a new, aspiring engineer, and have a tough time figuring out new processes without help or training, then this company is not where you should start your career.
