REX is not a 'tech company' or typical sales organization. Buying a home is an extremely emotional process and the most important transaction in a person's life. It's a difficult balance between delivering happiness and building technology with startup level resources. During the initial stages of the company, engineering had to sacrifice to ensure strong customer experience.
