This can be a stressful environment and is incredibly fast paced. This can allow people to develop quickly but can be overwhelming for people that do not enjoy a challenging environment. In order to thrive in this role, you need to take pride in the work you do, and be willing to take on new challenges head on.

RFA is a fairly small agency, and so teamwork is essential. As a member of the accounts team from right at the bottom, I've always felt supported by the team, all the way to the top. Everyone is approachable and the team have a real 'all in this together' attitude, and if you make the effort to ask for help on something, someone will step up and lend a hand or give you support. In addition to this, I think effort is always made to have fun at work, and keep our days entertaining! As with most agencies, sometimes work can run a bit over the standard hours, however I never feel like I'm left in a silo - if we're working a bit late, we're all in it together.

The work in the accounts team is fast paced, and if you're not interested in learning as you go, this may not be the right environment for you.
