The owner cares about employees unlike corporate companies. He is interested in what goes on daily , open to suggestions, available at all times and is willing to reward you for hard work. Very nice office with a fun group of young people in my age group who seem to really care about the success of the business. The company is growing fast and there is a lot to be done & employees are great team players.

I have seen past employees come in late on a regular basis , take long lunches and talk at the water cooler way too long several times a day when others are working hard. They get several chances to make things right and when the company gets fed up with them and fires them they write bad & false reviews on here. Good luck in the corporate world, you won't get the same chance out there.
