Pluspunten
I joined RGI PH last October 2017. Coming from company that is mostly focused on structural and interior leaning design such as kiosks, exhibitions & trade fair booths and POPs for the last 6 years, I found a steep learning curve from my transition to RGI due to its nature as a Company in terms of designs and concepts and the use of textile and Natural Fibers that I am not very familiar with. Thanks to the people here at RGIs design team, I was able to catch up and learn the necessary skills and was able to adjust. RGI designers are a talented bunch, and are quite competitive globally when it comes to their skills. If you’re looking to learn more about the execution and use of Textile and Natural Fiber, RGI is a good choice and is globally competitive. Outside of the design aspect of the company, we have a somewhat quarterly activity where we invite speakers on different range of topics that we vote for prior to it happening be it about health, wealth management, company relations etc. These activities are not common to other companies as far as I know and it makes working here a bit exciting. Co-workers at RGI PH are friendly and accommodating and are mostly team players, just don’t be too shy to ask if help is needed, they will gladly help however they can.
