Do not get paid enough for the amount of work you have to do. You are not valued for what you do. Salaries are a big issue - if you're lower down the scale, don't bother trying to increase your salary as you're insignificant. Go where you're going to earn more and be valued for the work you do. No opportunities for training to excel your career or improve your skills.
