In Houston, management isn't proactive, and doesn't get agressive when needed. Additionally, mgmt is incapable of managing staff, and they pretty much run him. Corp is aware, but as long as branch is turning a profit, the inmates are in charge. Additionally, often new products are introduced without proper corp. support, and again, Houston mgmt. is very weak on staff training per corp. policy, so staff has to be willing to self train. Also, communication is zero from corp. to staff, as mgmt neglects to pass crucial info along, leaving staff in the dark as to new corp mandates, product or pricing decisions.
