- Leadership is toxic and manipulative. The MD plays politics, pits employees against each other, and blames staff for his own failures. - No direction. No clear strategy. - Unfair HR practices. New contracts are forced midway with unreasonable terms - Nepotism & favoritism. Unqualified people with connections are given high salaries and zero accountability, while hardworking staff are underpaid and blamed. - Career destruction zone. Talented employees are eventually demotivated, manipulated, and used as scapegoats until they resign.
