Pluspunten

Lower level sales management good, but you have to deal with CEO quite often. CEO adds pressure to whatever situation you are involved in.

Minpunten

CEO promised me support for product availability and delivery, had no such support. if you have the experience, it's a good company to work for, but stay away if you are new to formwork.

Small commission on billable hours (really nice if you get work done), chill boss

Minpunten

You have to push out work... but it increases you pay so idk. If you can't push cad you won't profit.

Very flexible work schedule, awesome co-workers and training on product. My boss at the time was very understanding and cared about me learning new software and me getting my work out when needed. This is a perfect place for an Engineer right out of college wanting to grow skills and eventually want to get there PE with the company. RMD is a company that wants there Engineer on top of every situation.

Minpunten

Foriegn company thats based in the UK. Offices in America are fairly new as far as Comporate years/age. Hopefully they keep there US offices open . I wouldnt recomend for a drafter unless you enjoy being at the bottom of the totem pole and pay is below average for drafter.
