Culture was fantastic. A true family.. Even joining quite late in the process to handing over to SOS. Rob was a straight up leader... Management were leaders and respected as such.

Salaries could have been better for some but to be fair was great for others. Otherwise no cons as I only remember fond memories.

You work in austere and remote places, mostly in pretty hostile areas, but that was an attraction to the role
