Very elitist environment and departmentalized. Benefits are minimum. Vacation policy is not very good (12 days). The lack of management and communication is very visible. I wish the organization isn't so departmentalized because you really don't get to meet and know other people in the building. If you want to work directly with politics, your job won't be long term at the RNC. If you're on the non political side such as admin, legal, and IT, you'll be fine.
