Pluspunten

Your fellow RNR employees that hate the company just as much as you do. Get to meet really great people

Minpunten

Horrible pay Dispatch is rude and unprofessional Hours are out of control - they call you at midnight to start at 5am and when you don't answer because your sleeping they write you up No benefits No raises, no bonuses Pay for over priced uniforms When you refuse unsafe work.. You are told you don't have a choice They don't give days off even when booked weeks in advance Sometimes less then 8 hours notice between shifts Trucks are unsafe, dirty Equipment being used is unsafe and outdated Office staff is annoying and unprofessional You will be told you have to work over 13 hours in a day. On long transfers you are not given breaks or accommodations You are not payed close to enough for the things you are told to do Favouritism is given to some employees They hire staff that has no training, who have criminal records and can not drive

Pluspunten

I have been employed with RNR for quite some time now. I have experienced working in the office and on the road as an attendant. Either job isn’t for everyone ! But what I can tell you is that this company cares about all of its employees, every single one of them! I’ve seen it with my own eyes and ears. Unfortunately those that give negative reviews are likely those that like to buck the system, and have been caught doing so. There is no employer that should or would put up with individuals that want to get paid and not work to earn their pay check! I’ve found the management very easy to deal with, if you do your job! They are very flexible with attendants schedules because management knows that the job isn’t perfect. The schedule is ruled by the hospitals and their demands for service. When hired this information is provided and explained upfront. The training is extensive and if someone needs to be retrained it never a problem.

Minpunten

Attendants shifts can suck because you do t have a set shift BUT you know that right from the get go so if you can’t handle it Don’t sign up in the dirst place. !
