Its decent at first because you get hook-ups on wheels and tires. they actually are good at installing wheels and tires. You do get 401k and other benefits
Minpunten
You will work Every single day except sunday for your whole career. If you work in a store it is HIGH PRESSURE. You will be told and trained to lie to customers every single day by wording thing in a way to make desperate customer sign a contact for tires. You will not get a raise after a year, that is optional from the management , you will hit your goals (sales, tech, Accounts) whatever and get told that's not good enough they need more. Its never enough with this company. The management is over the place. You have to put in YEARS before getting a promotion. Google RNR Scams people and you will see why it was even on the news about the crooked policy's they have. This company preys on broke and desperate people. The company will sell you the dream of unlimited money, that you make over 60k a year doing sales/accounts/techs. 59 out of 60 sales people make 24k a year and the same goes for techs, accounts, and corporation employees. If you value yourself more then 24-25k a year then go work someone else. Over 30 people quit this in 2018-2019 working for RNR because EVERYONE is underpaid and overworked.
