Worst work life balance. Micromanagement in every single thing. No leave unless you're literally dying. Leaves are only approved by CEO matter if you are junior or senior. No one else can approve your leave, not even your team lead or HR. If you are 10 minutes late they will call you but late sitting for 1-2 hours is normal. No team building.
