Bills not paid and people turning up asking to be paid Drs not paid for extended periods and emails ignored The CEO runs a toxic environment which has resulted in too few staff to cover functions leading to over work, stress at being let go or sacked as one minute she is shouting at people the next ok. Staff in tears and leaving. When staff leave they resign with no set role to go to in place. Inadequate staff support and empowerment. If you do not align with the CEO you are either shouted at, bullied down or let go Whilst there, approx 7 people left in 1 month. Organisation knowledge left with many of them which means the handover and support during induction and beyond is inadequate Borderline unsafe staffing Poor financial transparency and stability Please read other reviews as things have not improved
