ROCSYS is een vrij nette plek om te werken, het groeit voortdurend, maar de vraag naar werk neigt te eb en vloed. Ik waardeer de voordelen voor zo'n klein bedrijf en de autonomie van het management. We werken aan behoorlijk nette technologie. Het is ook fijn dat we de ruimte krijgen om problemen snel op te lossen, er is niet te veel bureaucratie.

De aard van een snelgroeiend bedrijf en team is dat je niet altijd over processen beschikt wanneer ze nodig zijn. Het kan moeilijk zijn om te weten wie bij beslissingen moet worden betrokken en de verdeling van verantwoordelijkheden is niet altijd duidelijk.

The Cons: a toxic environment with constant emotional volatility. Turnover is extremely high — three Heads of Sales in 18 months tells you everything. People don’t stay because the core product is still a mid-stage prototype with reliability and efficacy issues, despite being positioned as market-ready. Expectations don’t match reality, and the instability shows The internal "Shell games" on messaging and data, turn into a game of "Smoke & Mirrors" with clients and the market.
