Pluspunten
I love working with this company. Good benefits, and lots of activities to engage to foster family and co-worker relationships. It is also a good training ground with multitasking work.
Minpunten
Multi tasking is good in a sense you learn a lot and it adds on to your experiences, but the only difficulty is you shoulder most of the work that cannot be handled by one person, and overwork is not good. Even if we have teamwork, each individual also have their own target. It's ok but only if you got paid with the extra work just to be fair. Everyone should be paid fairly for all their hardwork.
