It is a very long and odd interview process. They interview folks even before there is a real opening so expect to wait several months. More importantly, there is a huge lack of diversity at the leadership level. I had the experience where even our client noticed and spoke out about one particular VPs bad behavior and lack of cultural awareness.When I left, a few of the client staff reached out sharing they were sad and wished the leading VP on the project recognized her privilege and insensitive comments to the employee resource group leaders.
