No internal growth. I tried to go from writer and editor after being with them for a while and was denied even though I did great writing. No pay at all for articles. I think this is for those who want writing experience and are okay with no pay.

Another positive thing about the company and the workplace is the different people from other part of the world you meet. You can exchange cultures and different points of view that make the work really motivating. Every day in this company is different from the previous one. That's the good thing about working with people and for people.

There is always something to do. You have to be able to work under pressure and be very decisive. Having jobs from different fields, means that you must organize yourself very well, otherwise your day to day will become chaotic.
