Issues related to harassment and discrimination are taken very seriously by all levels of management. The company has a Zero Tolerance Policy regarding issues of this nature. The company has an Open Door Policy and employees are encouraged to take their concerns and issues to any executive level of management, if they believe their concerns have not been fully resolved and addressed. If there is no further communication from the employee to any level of management regarding their concern, it is believed the employee is satisfied and therefore the issue is closed with no further action.
