Pluspunten
This company is a great first job but don't get stuck here for long term. Everything about the company is old school (not in the good way), from their 20 year old phones and computer screens that can't even properly show you the creative details, phones, and passive aggressive reviews about performance because the managers don't feel like investing time into giving you regular coaching reviews. Yet, it's easy enough to get a job and add the experience to your Resume and there is TONS of work life balance.

Management will not teach you or coach you. It's either your doing it right or wrong and you won't find out until your snapped at or in your yearly review. No one knows each other or speaks unless they have to because there is no department integration. I'm not even sure if the mission or values were mentioned once while I was there. No investment in employees, no continuous coaching or training. Equipment and technology is most likely older than you are. The IT person works once or twice a week so if something is not working, you are out of luck. If there is company growth or expansion, you won't hear about it until it's thrown on your desk. You will get paid like a 2.0 GPA college grad, its way below industry standards.
