Good pay and good benefits. Incentives for employees to get and/or stay healthy. Annual bonuses and other opportunities to make a few extra dollars. Education reimbursement.
Minpunten
Not a proactive upper management. Addresses issues too late and often take an approach which solves problems in the short term but will cause more issue and cost more financially and to the staffs overall morale in the long term. Do not care about residents well being. High crime area buildings which only have security when the buildings first open.
