Great work-life balance with leaders who trust you to do your job. I feel empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and make an impact without being micromanaged. The company does a great job of promoting from within, so there are real opportunities for career growth. Compensation has been fair and there have been adjustments made to bonus structures to make bonuses more achievable. One of the things I appreciate most is that employee feedback is genuinely taken seriously. I’ve seen meaningful changes implemented based on associate feedback, which shows leadership is listening. There is also a strong culture of continuous improvement, we’re always looking for ways to better support our associates, clients, and residents.

Minpunten

The benefits package has historically been an area that could be more competitive. That said, I’ve seen steady improvements over time, and it’s clear the company is continuing to invest in making the benefits more competitive.

The fast-paced environment can be challenging at first, especially if you're new to property management. There is a lot of information to learn during onboarding, but the training helps you get there. Resident needs and property priorities can change quickly, so adaptability is essential. Peak leasing season can be demanding, requiring strong organization and time management. As the company continues to grow, processes are continually evolving, so flexibility is important.

Competitive compensation and benefits. On-site team with big hearts

Minpunten

Leadership lacked accountability and often shifted blame to employees instead of addressing the root cause of issues. Employees were not supported when dealing with difficult clients or residents. Concerns raised to leadership were often dismissed rather than addressed. Communication from leadership was inconsistent, creating unnecessary stress. The culture felt more focused on assigning blame than collaborating on solutions.
