Thanks for the review I will inform senior management. We have addressed in the company meeting about tough workloads around events and ways we can avoid this in the future.

Somewhat flexible with alowing employees to work remotely. This is helpful when you have kids.

Minpunten

Over-work everyone, which leads to an office full of stress and anxiety. Not a collaborative environment. Hostile personalities. Will throw a fellow employee under the bus to save their own behind. Not a health working environment.
